Pricing Policy

Website prices are only for website customers. They cannot be applied or honored to Mobilia’s Furniture retail customers. No lay away plans are accepted.   

Cancellation Policy:

All our products are custom ordered for our valuable customers.

As soon as the order is placed, we initiate the sequence of events which ultimately results in you receiving the product of your choice. Since all our products are custom ordered, at the very beginning of this sequence and its respective customer become financially obligated to purchase and pay for the ordered product. We at  try to remain the most customer friendly furniture website on the Internet and will attempt to assist you in cancellation of your order. We will contact the manufacturer and make all the necessary arrangements, but unfortunately even we are not able to cancel any orders which have been already prepared for shipment or actually shipped by the manufacturer. Please, note that even if the tracking number is not available to us or you at the time you request cancellation of your order, it might actually be already too late. We will contact you immediately after the manufacturer advises us of whether we can cancel your order or not. Throughout the ordering process you will be prompted to check the box reading: "I agree in full to terms and conditions of sale by  ". By checking this box you agree to accept in full all terms and conditions listed on  including our Cancellation Policy and such acceptance will be in lieu of customer's legal signature.

Return Policy:

Dear valued customers, since we provide the best prices for the best products, we cannot offer return policy after furniture is delivered and assembled in your house.

Damaged Items:  has our own professional in-house delivery and trucking company with only the most skilled and cautious drivers, however, unfortunately, on occasion, accidents damaging your ordered items may occur. While this happens extremely rarely, we do ask our customers to thoroughly inspect the merchandise at the time of arrival and note if there may be any damages (all details in their entirety) on the bill of lading. In this event, we ask our customers to please call us at (718) 348-0206, and to photograph the damages, and e-mail them to  within 48 Hours of delivery. If the damages are not promptly and fully noted and reported, we might not be able to assist our customers with later claims.  We reserve the right to repair furniture in our customer's home or accept return for repair and/or replacement. Regretfully, we can only authorize a full refund in the rare event when we are unable to repair or replace the item. We also expect our customers to accept our appointment for any repairs or replacement furniture to complete the order process. Throughout the ordering process you will be prompted to check the box reading: "I agree in full to terms and conditions of sale by  " and such acceptance will be in lieu of customer's legal signature.

Shipping Time:

Upon completion of your order our customer service department will email you with your specific delivery information.
If an item you ordered has been discontinued or back ordered from manufacturer, our customer service will contact you immediately, and give the option to wait patiently or cancel your order with no restocking fee. Our Customer Service Department will call you 24 hours prior to your delivery and notify you of the 4 hour window of arrival.  Our courteous drivers will then call you again 1 hour before arrival.

Delivery and Assembly:

We are proud to have our own in-house trucks so that we provide you with an exceptional delivery process. Our experienced drivers pay attention to detail, take care of those extra delicate items, wrap each piece with individual care, and provide you with professionalism and excellent customer service. Since we are completely responsible for your merchandise, and we eliminate a 3rd party shipping company, we alleviate extra stress and complications from your shipping process.  If you buy it from  you will get it delivered from  !  You will deal directly with us. From our truck to your room of preference - we do not only provide curbside delivery, we will bring your merchandise up 2 flights of stairs (if you have more than 2 flights of stairs, there will be a charge of $30 per each floor which goes directly to the delivery crew.) and into any room that you would like! Not only that, but we will open, unpack, and assemble your merchandise! Once assembled, we will set up your furniture, and place it according to your instructions. As if all of this would have not been enough, we will then remove the wrapping and packaging from your home and put into your garbage disposal area. If there are any specific conditions for your delivery, like narrow staircases, small elevator cars, low ceilings or narrow doorways, or not fitting at the time of delivery, instruct the delivery professionals to leave the item(s) in another location inside your home and contact us as soon as possible. Please be advised that slight alterations from the dimensions of the merchandise officially announced by the manufacturer should be tolerated by yourselves at all times. We will arrange for a take-apart service to come and do what they do. Don’t worry! Anything that is assembled can be dissembled and reassembled by a professional without affecting the integrity of the piece, but this service will be at your cost. We will try our best to coordinate the take-apart for the same day as your delivery. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide you with a smooth delivery experience.

Product Colors and Finishes:  has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and finishes of the products that appear on the site but please be advised that we are at the mercy of manufacturers with the product photos they provide us. For that reason we cannot guarantee that the colors you see on our site exactly match the product colors, as the display of the colors on websites depend, to a greater extent, upon the specific characteristics of the monitors that are used.

Payment Options:

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover and Amex) and PayPal. 

We also offer GE Money financing for customers who qualify. Customers can apply for financing only by visiting our location with a valid driver’s license/passport and major credit card. Financing is a fast and easy way to make a purchase and applying takes only 5 minutes. We offer 6 months to 1 year financing options depending on the purchase amount.
